Trust / Management control
Keep control before the report leaves.
Plant teams supply the records. Reviewers resolve gaps. Authorised people approve what leaves the business.
Can we defend the number?
Authorised reviewers can see the supporting records, reporting boundary and basis inside Ecotheta.
That does not prove a physical measurement is correct.
What is still missing?
A missing record stays missing. It remains visible to authorised reviewers until it is resolved.
Completeness still depends on the boundary and information your business provides.
Who makes the decision?
People do. Ecotheta prepares the work. An authorised person approves what is reported or taken forward for investment.
Drafts and suggestions must be checked before use.
Can we see what changed?
Authorised users can see the review status, owner and recorded changes.
The record shows responsibility. It does not replace independent assurance.
What does public verification prove?
It confirms that Ecotheta issued the report and lets the holder compare the PDF with the issued copy.
It does not prove the underlying measurements or the conclusions in the report.
Check where a report came fromPublic examples are synthetic. Detailed methods, records, permissions and customer settings are available only inside authorised Ecotheta workspaces.
