Authorised reviewers can inspect supporting records, the reporting boundary and the calculation basis inside Ecotheta.
The evidence supports review. The accuracy of a physical measurement still needs to be established at its source.
Keep gaps visible.
Missing records remain visible to authorised reviewers until they are resolved, helping your team focus its follow-up.
Completeness depends on the reporting boundary and the information your business provides. Selected indicators support a report; they do not establish complete coverage of a standard or questionnaire.
People make the decision.
Ecotheta prepares the work. Authorised people review what is reported and decide which proposals move forward.
AI drafts and suggestions need to be checked before use. An investment proposal still needs the appropriate engineering and management review.
Follow the review.
Authorised users can see review status, ownership and recorded changes as the work progresses.
Report-library review applies to a saved version of the company’s answers. Editing the report requires a new review, and incomplete required responses remain visible. Independent assessment or assurance remains a separate engagement.

Access and responsibilities
Access is assigned through roles and organisation permissions. Agree who can enter data, review it, approve work and inspect evidence as part of setup.
Hosting and service arrangements
Confirm the deployment model, hosting location, backup and recovery arrangements, and support responsibilities in your proposal. Managed on-premises requirements can be discussed during scoping.
AI providers and permitted data
AI-assisted features can prepare document extractions, draft narratives and suggest reduction projects for human review. Agree which model providers and data are permitted before enabling those features; processing depends on the configured provider.
Ownership and record retention
Agree ownership, export formats, retention and deletion arrangements before onboarding. Include the documents and outputs you need to retain at the end of an engagement.
Your demo enquiry.
The demo form collects your name, company, work email and any requirements you choose to provide. The enquiry is saved for authorised system administrators, and a notification is sent to Ecotheta’s contact mailbox so we can reply.
